Lichtvelden
In LICHTVELDEN worden lijnen tastbaar. Projecties snijden door nevel en vormen transparante vlakken waarin rook langzaam beweegt. Wat eerst een lijn was, wordt een landschap van licht.
In LIGHT FIELDS, lines become tangible. Projections cut through haze, creating translucent planes in which smoke slowly moves. What begins as a line becomes a landscape of light.
LICHTVELDEN (NL)
De lichtvelden bevinden zich op oog- en lichaamsniveau. Je kunt er middenin staan, je hand door een lichtvlak bewegen of tussen de patronen door lopen. Sommigen spelen met de ruimte, anderen blijven staan en laten beeld en klank op zich inwerken.
Tijdens een doorlopende show van ongeveer twintig minuten ontwikkelen lijnen en patronen zich geleidelijk. Licht en soundtrack vormen samen een rustige, omhullende ervaring.
De installatie werkt met projectie en nevel, zonder lasers.

LIGHT FIELDS (EN)
The light fields extend through the space at eye and body level. You can stand among them, move your hand through a plane of light, or walk through the patterns. Some visitors play with the space; others pause and let light and sound wash over them.
During a continuous show lasting approximately twenty minutes, lines and patterns gradually evolve. Light and soundtrack create a calm, enveloping experience.
The installation uses projection and haze, without lasers.
